Welcome to an hour of fitness training through the art of fencing. This high impact aerobic sport and fitness program will increase your heart rate both mentally and physically. Our, Fence Fit courses start with basic fencing techniques and exercises. Week by week developing your fencing fitness level and skill level in this high energy program.
From week one you will be able to build up your fencing abilities and by week eight use these abilities as a skilled and tactical fencer.
